ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Spaces in item number causing duplicates in RDE extracts .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take any existing LEVEL-3 item with number type other then MANL.
2. Using soap-service or RIB-script try to create an MANL-item-type with same item-number with adding space at the end.
3. Notice that the item got created in system with same number.
