Symptoms
Trying to hire a candidate on position however, the hiring process is blocked by a warning message in which application prompted that there is no room for a new hire (not enough FTE )
Error Message:
You can't select this position because it doesn't have enough vacant FTE nor an open headcount.
In Position Details, person A is shown as an active Incumbent for this position even after leaving the position back in 2022. In “ Show Past and Future Incumbents “ the Exit Date is shown.
