Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a new element created, the status processing rule was deleted and when the user adds a new one, a random formula is attached automatically.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fast formula should not be automatically added
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Show more - Elements.
2. Create a new element - delete status processing rules - create a new one.
3. See incorrect behavior.
