ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After querying the FileContents value for a Contract Document, REST API will not show it in base64 format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------

After querying the FileContents value for a Contract Document, the REST API response should be in base64.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

Upload a Contract Document for a contract in Fusion.
Use the REST API get method to get the FileContents value associated to the file.
