Goal

We are loading dept_chrg_head and dept_chrg_Detail using Oracle DC tool. We would like to know if there is a way to load the item_chrg_head and item_chrg_detail with the data loaded for dept chrg.
DC tool has enitty for Item Upcharges, but we would want to know if there is any other way (Eg: batch ., etc) so that we can avoid loading item upcharges using DC tool, as Apparel has huge volume for this entity.
