On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Service Contract
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For serial numbers which are already shipped and Installed Based asset is created, Standard Warranty Service Contract did not get created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Standard Warranty Service Contract must be generated for included warranties for already shipped serial numbers.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Enterprise Contracts.
- Click on Tasks -> Manage Assets.
- Search for a range of serial numbers.
- In the results, click on the Asset Number.
- Verify that the shipment date has passed.
- Open the Contracts tab.
- Verify that there is no active contracts.
