Customer Order Reports Using Short Description (Doc ID 2965129.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Customer Order related reports are not considering the Admin Configuration - Display Item Description

The reports are always showing the Item's Short Description instead of the Long Description which is what the configuration is set for.
It happens, at least, on the following reports:

Customer Order Delivery Report
Customer Order Delivery BOL Report
Customer Order Report

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The description should be shown according to the configuration selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure that in the Admin Configuration: Display Item Description = Long Description
2. Go to Operations > Reports
3. Run the Customer Order Report or Customer Order Delivery Report
