Date Filter , Count Distinct Are Not Working With Google Big Query Database (Doc ID 2965317.1)

Symptoms

Neither  Date Filter   or  Count Distinct  are working correctly with Google Big Query database.

Date-filters are not generated in the OAC physical query sent to GoogleBQ database.

Also, a measure having a Count Distinct as an aggregation setting does not work.

When the same query is generated in an OBIEE 12c environment, both Date Filter and Count Distinct worked correctly. 

Changes

 OBIEE was migrated to OAC.
