Symptoms

When generating compensation change statements in the communications task of the workforce compensation plan, it displays the expected FR number format example 1 234,56 but when generating letters in mass via admin reports, the format changes to US number format 1,234.56. The expectation is to have the same FR number format in either generating compensation change statements in the communications task or in the Admin Reports.
