Background color added to HTML attribute doesn't reflect in Document designer



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Background color for table row should show on document designer

STEPS
------------------------------------
1. Writing a BML in HTML attribute to add background color to row
2. In Transaction UI, the background color shows but not in
the document designer for row.
