Symptoms
Reinstating cancelled PO, doesn't update PURCHASE_ORDER.STATUS to In Progress
Steps:
1. Create PO in RMFCS
2. Receive partially in SOCS
3. Cancel remaining qty and remaining items from RMFCS.
4. This update PO status as completed.
5. Reinstate the cancelled items in RMFCS.
5. Expected to move PO status to In Progress. But PO status remains as Completed in SIOCS.
