PRC:PO: BPA Global DFF Segments Are Not Included in the Downloaded Resource Template When Using the Upload Lines Functionality (Doc ID 2965747.1)

Symptoms

Unable To upload Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Global Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) Segments when using the Upload Lines Functionality.
The Downloaded Resource Template includes Context DFF columns but not Global DFF columns.
When trying to add Global DFF columns (by adding ATTRIBUTE1 in the template), error occurs.

ERROR

The catalog attribute doesn't exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Agreements > pull up BPA > Terms tab > lines
2. Additional Information Column = Estimated Flag (DFF Segment)
3. Highlight line > Actions > Edit > Upload Lines
4. Click Download Resources button to download a template to fill in and re-upload
5. Catalog Resources > Text Template
6. There is not a column to enter DFF related information
- there is Context Flexfield column, but there is not a Global Flexfield column.
