ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

With an autocomplete rule defined to restrict employees from updating their Resident Tax Address, the error message from the autocomplete rule displays and the application appears to save. But after exiting and coming back into the page, the changes are not saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the application to not give the impression that the update was saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Me > Contact Info > update resident tax address > error message displays and it looks like the record was saved.
