Symptoms
A Global Transfer Transaction has failed with below error.

Text : There should be at least 1 primary work relationship for a person.
Number : PER-1531644
Action : Contact Oracle Support with the detailed diagnostic log fault message and request them to work with New Work Relationship product area team to resolve this issue.
Details : A person must have at least 1 work relationship marked as primary.
