Symptoms
The user is getting an error message while clicking the Order button on the Service Request Part Details Tab.

SR Line query is returning null
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service > Service Requests > Select the SR
2. Click on Parts Order Deep Link
3. Highlight the Requirement Line and Select Order
4. See the error: “SR Line query is returning null”
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to create the Sales Order in Order Management.
