Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Candidate Management

When attempting to upload candidate.dat file using HDL
the following error occurs.

ERROR

There is a format error with the file supplied for processing: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: MALFORMED.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My client groups > Data Exchange > HCM Data Loader > Import and Load Data > Import File > Select File > Submit Now
