Symptoms
New Redwood Pages : Active Plans Do Not Display Active Plans and Plan Information Page doesn't show any information
On MyClient groups > Compensation > Plans > Manage active plans -- Active Plans Do Not Display Active Plans
On MyClientGroups > Compensation> Act as Proxy > Select Plan > Plan Information -- Plan Information page displays blank
With the ORA_CMP_WORKFORCE_COMPENSATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option is enabled, On the new Redwood pages introduced in 23C for Compensation, unable to view any active plans in the new Active Plans page. Plans show in the non-Redwood version of the page.
REDWOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ACTIVE PLAN SEARCH
Only showing plans with Administrative status,when multiple other plan with Open and closed status are available but are not showing.
Even while searching with Open cycle status those do not show.
Also Not showing any Addition info from Act as Proxy plan but plan additional details are configured at plan level.
