Unable to Refresh the SmartView With HsGetValue – Error Pop Out as FCS_MCH_Entity (Doc ID 2967365.1)

Symptoms

There is an Entity Member created "FCS_MCH_Entity" by System after Database Refresh which is not in application to Delete but stop the SmartView(with HSSet Functions) Refresh.
