Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, CX Industry Framework

When attempting to test Connectivity for User Synch from FA to CXIF IDCS
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
:Cannot connect to the target managed app and the cause of the error is : HTTP 403


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in CXIF IDCS
2. Create Application to do the User Synch from FA to CXIF IDCS
3. Enter the Administrator name and password and Test Connectivity
