Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Community Manager Is Unable To Add The Members In The Existing Category Community (Doc ID 2967838.1)

For a community manager that has either the employee or line manager role, adding members in a category community is not possible.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. As a community manager, go to Me -> Learning -> View My Learning Communities
  2. Switch to the "I Manage" tab -> Select one of the managed communities -> Actions -> Manage
  3. Switch to "Membership" tab -> Add -> Member
  4. Follow the prompted instructions, select the learner -> Click on "Submit"
  5. The process completes successfully, but the new member is not added. 



 Activity sequencing is enabled on the environment
