Unable To Republish Create Accounting Execution Report When Using Safari Browser (Doc ID 2967876.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to republish the Create Accounting Execution Report when using Safari as browser.

After clicking Republish, user finds the Actions icon is disabled. They are able to use Republish successfully for the Create Accounting Execution Report when using another browser (e.g. Chrome).

This is not product-specific. This is occurring for other products for which Create Accounting is run and Execution report is generated.

It also occurs when they run the Create Accounting Execution Report on its own using Scheduled Processes.
