Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After setting up contract risks under Manage Contract Risks task, the contract risk option is not showing up Contracts overview page.
Users are not able to select the options contract risk that were setup.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
After setting up contract risks under Manage Contract Risks task, users will be able to select from the contract risk options.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Perform a general search for the 'Manage Contract Risks' task
3. Create contract risks.
4. Create a contract
5. Observe that contract risk is not enabled on the contract Overview page
6. Try to enable Risk management in the Contract type - Advance Authoring Options, but the option can no longer be enabled
