ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PO QTY_CANCELLED do not match the QTY_ORDERED after two different cancellations.
The QTY_CANCELLED and the QTY_ORDERED do not match after the user has done two cancellations, one for 5 units the other to cancel the outstanding quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO with a few items and Approve it
2. Manually cancel the PO for a partial quantity
3. Received partially the PO
4. Cancel ALL the outstanding PO quantities (Cancel All Items)
