Newly Added BI Publisher Layout Does Not Display When Archiving/Unarchiving Between OAC Environments (Doc ID 2968117.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new layout in an existing BIP report and then migrating the BIP report from one OAC instance to another OAC instance (e.g., migrating between development and prod), the new layout does not display in the BIP report unless it is recreated in the environment it was migrated to.


Steps to reproduce:


1. Add a new layout in existing BIP report in dev environment
2. Use archive/unarchive to migrate BIP report from dev environment to prod environment (replace: Force; ACL: Inherit)
3. Run report in prod environment: new layout doesn't appear
4. Save BIP report in prod environment - new layout appears
 
This worked successfully in OBIEE, but does not work in OAC
