Alert 'Error 403' Is Received When Opening the Detail Tab on the Record as the Step Editor (Doc ID 2968118.1)

When the Step Editor attempts to open the Detail Tab with Line Items on any Business Process (BP) record:

Expected Result

The data should be loaded without incident.

Actual Result

An Alert pops up that reads:

403 error

When the OK button is clicked the pop-up goes away and the data is loaded as expected.
