SSO Login To FAW Fails With System Error (Doc ID 2968257.1)

Symptoms

Microsoft Azure SSO is configured with Oracle Applications Cloud(Fusion Applications) and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse(FAW). Here, the identity provider(IDP) is Microsoft Azure and the service provider(SP) is Fusion Applications. The identity domain of Fusion Applications is federated with FAW.

While trying to log into Fusion Applications or FAW via SSO, the authentication fails with the error below:

System Error. Please re-try to login.
