Symptoms
When attempting to delete elements created via HDL,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"You can't delete the element because the scheduled process is still creating it. (PAY-1636519)"
STEPS
-----------------------
1. HDL the Import and Load process element - Load is successful;
2. My Client Groups - Payroll - Show More - Elements;
3. Element is progress - Delete - Error occurs.
