Day And Month Are Exchanged When Entering Date Entry According To User Preference Date Format (Doc ID 2968456.1)

Symptoms

When the user's Date Format in their Preferences is set to DD/MM/YYYY:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a Date Picker field, when manually entering a Date, example 1/02/23, considering it as the 1st of February 2023, the entry is converted to MM/DD/YYYY, or 2/01/23, considering it as the 2nd of January 2023.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the format should remain as DD/MM/YYYY.
