System Not Prompting Users Of Duplicate Lease Number Upon Creation (Doc ID 2968652.1)

Two users are drafting the lease agreement at the same time. Without knowing they have entered the same lease number.

Both leases are successfully saved. User is only notified of the lease number error when they generate schedules.

That user has to re-draft the lease from the beginning of the process.
