Retirement Reason Not Translated To Session Language (Doc ID 2968654.1)

Symptoms

When retiring an asset the Retirement Reason appears in the session language of the user, in this case Canadian French.
After completing the retirement and re-querying the asset in Asset Inquiry, the retirement reason appears in English.
