On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to Terminate an employee,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transaction Console
2. Checked the Termination transaction
3. Failed with above error

Due to this issue, users cannot terminate the employee.
