ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to revalue account balances when Parent Values are used in Revaluation Ranges in Oracle Fusion


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to use parent values in revaluation rules and produce revaluation journals

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The revaluation rule has the condition account EQUAL TO CASH0 where CASH0 is a parent value
2. Run revaluation
3. No batches are generated
