New Page Added To the Site Is Not Show In the Published Site When Using Publish Site Pages Publish Option (Doc ID 2968939.1)

Goal

After Site is published, in the site builder add a new page to the site and commit the change.  In the OCM UI -> Sites, select the site, you have options: Republish, Publish Site Pages, Publish Detail Pages with Assets and Publish Site Auxiliary Files. Since site only added a new page, selected Publish Site Pages option.  The Publish Site Pages window popup, click on Show Updated Pages page, the new page is listed. Check it and click on Publish.  The Publish was success, but the new page can not be found on the publish site.
