Export of Work Zones is not functioning (Doc ID 2968980.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.A.16 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot export Work Zones file

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clicking the Export button on the Work Zones page should download the file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the environment
2. Menu> Configuration> Work Zones> Click the Export button
3. No file is downloaded

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, we cannot use the file to verify the work zones already registered in the system to register new keys.
