  1. Does COInvAvail family support multi-channel publishers and subscriber across RIB-RMS and RIB-ROB, If MFCS/RICS is on GBUCS and OROB on CFS environments?
  2. As threading logic is based on ITEM (not BOID), Is multi-channeling still recommended?
