Symptoms

Customer reports a number of transfers between RMS and WMS failing on RIB-LGF with the error "Cannot change the PO as the pre-existing one is already linked to a shipment".

Customer reports the transfers appear to be being duplicated Stock Order Creation (SOCre), the first order been succesful and the duplicate been rejected.
