ORDHEAD_REV Table In MFCS Not Getting Updated/Missing Records

On : 23.1 version, Merch - Infrastructure
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The ORDHEAD_REV table is not getting updated with PO data and even though there are more than 190 PO's in MFCS, there is currently only 8 records in the ORDHEAD_REV table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to APEX Data viewer for MFCS
2. Check the ORDHEAD table - Contains more than 190 unique PO data
3. Check the ORDEAD_REV table - Contains less than 10 unique PO data
