Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to save changes to an agent in Agent Management, the following warning appears at the top of the page:

One or more fields have an error. Please check and try saving again.

 

Under the Schedule section, the following error displays:

Re-run frequency cannot be less than 60 minutes.
