FAW: Drop Down List Is Not Showing Values In New Security Assignment > Security Context And System (Doc ID 2969427.1)

Symptoms

When checking FAW -> Console -> Security -> Security Assignment-> "New Security Assignment" to setup Security assignment based on BU, Country etc., no drop down list is populating.

Sometime, Security assignment can be selected but than due to system slowness users are not getting populated.
