FAW: Report Based On Subject Area "PPM - Project Funding" Displays Records With Null “Project Number” (Doc ID 2969477.1)

Report is displaying null for Project Number column even if there is a valid Header PO Number associated with it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Create a report based on subject area "PPM - Project Funding"
Include columns ie. "Contract Header Details"."Header PO Number”, ”Project Details"."Project Number”, "Contract Amounts in Contract Currency"."Contract Amount in Contract Currency"
Apply a filter on a specific Project Number
Notice that the report displays records with null “Project Number” but has a valid Header PO Number.
