Internal Users with Administrator Role are Unable to Receive B2B Account Type Emails (Doc ID 2969483.1)

The "org_request_approved_mngr_v1" (Account Request Approved – Manager) and "org_request_created_v1" (List of Contact Requests) email types do not work, even though both email types are enabled and correctly configured in Administration UI, and SPF and DKIM records are successfully configured in the environment.

These emails should be sent to internal users with administrator role. None of the internal users with administrator role can receive these emails.
