FAW: Order Amount Not Populating In Analytics Currency For Some Purchase Orders

Symptoms
For a particular “Purchase Order” it was observed that the “Order Amount” in analytic currency is not getting displayed. Upon further checking it was found that this “Purchase Order” was created on 30th Jan 2023 and received on 8th Feb 2023.
Since the "Purchase Order" is received on 8th Feb 2023, expectation is that it should take the exchange rate values for 8th Feb and display the “Order Amount” in analytics currency.
When using “Fact - Analytics Currency” folder and adding the 'Order Amount' column for the PO, it is not showing any result/value
When using “Fact - Document Currency” folder and adding the 'Order Amount' column for the PO, it is showing the result/value.
When using “Fact - Document Currency” folder and adding the 'Order Amount' column for the PO, it is showing the result/value.
