ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Setting up the Digital Assistant with the out of the box Permit Search Skill. Did the importing and updating the Permit Search Skill, configuring the Digital Assistant, adding the Channel, copying the Channel ID and configuring Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) using the Channel ID. We see the Chat Bot in OPAL but after typing anything the Send button does not highlight.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Chatbot to allow to send questions

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured Chatbot
2. Attempted to test it but does not allow to send a question
