Fusion Global HR: Document Of Record 'View Document' Report Not Refreshing After Document Is Approved

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Configured a report path for one of the document type 'XXXX', the report is supposed to show some part of the RTF template after it is approved. Have added the required condition(?if: STATUS = ‘APPROVED’?>) to show the data when the DOR is approved in the template. And opening the report from reports and analytics is showing output as expected but the same report in DOR is not getting updated after the DOR is approved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Once transaction is approved, DOR should show the additional details as per the RFT condition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ME>> DOR>> Create a document for type 'XXXX'
2. Once the transaction is approved, click on View Document. It doesn't show the part configured in RTF for condition when transaction is approved.
