Goal

RECLSDLY_EXECUTE_JOB was running long. For average load of 1K records and peak load for 5K records, this was taking more than 26 minutes to complete.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to POM -> Tasks -> AMS Utilities -> Manual Job Run.
2. Submit RECLSDLY_EXECUTE_JOB as part of Nightly schedule.
