This document applies to the Retail Cloud Services that release critical updates in October as listed in the Document 2677553.1 - Oracle Retail Cloud Services Blueprint.

Details

 During the November 2023 to January 2024 period, your Retail cloud service environments will continue to experience standard outages during non-business operating hours to apply the mandatory critical security updates.

Note: This is a Security update which may contain a critical fix – It is not a Service or Major update. In order to ensure maximum security for all your Oracle Retail applications, the update must be deployed within the quarter to all cloud service environments.

Actions

 Customers that are on-boarded to the Continuous Delivery scheduling cycle to watch out for Cloud Update Maintenance Notification emails from Oracle.
