ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cost Relationship screen is not loading in the UI and it takes a long time.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cost Relationship screen should open up in an expected time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into MFCS.
2. Open Cost Relationship screen.
3. Notice that the screen takes long time to open.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Cost Relationship screen
