Goal

When Completing a Field Activity Manually, the Screen Presented Does Not Show the Right Combination of Existing Device and New Device

For example, for a Field Activity with a Field Task type of Meter Exchange, when completing the Field Activity manually there is a pop up screen that is presented so the user can enter the details to complete the Field Activity.  For a meter exchange, the user would expect to see a section for Existing Device and a section for New Device, but they only see a single section.
