Symptoms

When attempting to installing P6 Professional using ClickOnce
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Cloud team already configured SAML/SSO for P6 Professional Cloud Connect.
  2. Users log on P6 Cloud portal.
  3. Click on Install P6 Professional.
  4. Download setup.exe
  5. Executing setup.exe fails with above error.
