Symptoms
In Xstore Office Cloud Service (XOCS) Integrated with Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service (PCS) V23.1:
Emergency price is not activated in Xstore POS when it is created in PCS.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the emergency price in the PCS with the effective date = today() for KG items.
2. Wait for the integration batches to extract the data to XOCS
3. Validate that the MNT file did update of the itm_item_prices table.
4. Check the price_qty field. It is equal to 1 for all the prices.

Expected: Emergency pricing triggered POS side for Unit of Measure (UOM) items.
Actual: The price is not triggered when the Quantity of the item is less then 1.
